I pray for my friends... my family.. peace around the world and lastly for serenity and joy in my life.
It's been a long while since I've recorded a project that I am extremely proud of...thank you Sarah for sharing your incredible stories... bless my son Gabriel, my home.. our businesses, our marriage and the fantastic musicians that surround us and those people who walk alongside us, you know who you are ;D
Even in the midst of flying arrows we stand tall knowing that we are protected and confident that we are not alone but always surrounded by Jesus & His Mighty Angels.

Music 1978 -2007
I have been living and working in Texas since 1978. I left my familiy band after 17 years and joined Little Joe y La Familia.. Temple, Texas, I met a great friend who loved music we fell in love, got married, I quit the Ponderosa and moved to Austin. Sarah and I started lot's of cool bands in Austin, played with a vast array of musicians and producers. We both started to find work in studios around Austin as session musicians...
I remember Ju Wray gave me my first break as a music arrange/producer at Earth & Sky Studios/ Austin) met Steve Meador, Eddie Cantu, James Fenner.. Brad Shultz, the two brothers from Abilene ( can't remember their names) they were great players.. I have made lot's of friends and produced lot's of records since.
2007
We are still makin' music.. starting another cool band to support "Latinology" our newest production..
Can't wait for summer... we will hit the road with a tight band.

"The years fly by like fenceposts past the car window, on a long trip to visit family".
Jon Dee Graham.
I remember:
Once a year mom and dad would drive the whole family on some pretty long and interesting road trips, sometimes from Sunnyside to Seattle.
My dad was the kind of guy that would pack the car the night before and get up at 3:30 a.m the next morning, turn up the radio real loud, wake up the tribe. (9 kids) have breakfast and hit the road by 6:30 am. After a couple of hours dad would get sleepy so mom would take over the driving. This was always the highlight of our road trips. We all knew mom was gonna go fast so we would all crowd the station wagon window and watch the trees fly by. Mom and dad still like their long road trips. Lord willing they will travel from Washington to Texas for a visit. Mom still likes to go fast.
Have a prosperous new year full of love, peace and hope.
